    MILITARY VEHICLE HISTORY

This M35 cargo started life as a M50 water tanker which was used on a American base in Germany, it was then brought to the UK after being sold off and was used in the James Bond Film Tomorrow Never Dies along with another tanker, this time a M49 now owned by Rolling Thunder member Jack  . It was after this that it was put into a Vietnam paint scheme and given the name

THE ICE MAN.

On her first run out in the new paint colour she took part in the London to Brighton Military Vehicle Road Run in the late 90’s and won best Heavy vehicle.

She was then seen at UK military vehicle shows as part of the Vietnam living history displays for a few years, eventually she went back to the dealer who had her originally, he removed the water tank and sold that on and then she sat bodiless for some time before a cargo body was fitted to her.

The truck is currently going under a full restoration
